First Chime - [Action]

[Leaning up against the fountain in the plaza is a girl, a new feather if you will, which is pretty obvious by looking at the white dress she has on.  There's no telling how long she's been out here exactly, but it's been a while considering the fact that she's soaked.  Her blonde hair is sticking to her cheeks and neck, her white wings are slightly darker and heavier from the water and her dress is practically clinging onto her thin legs.

And what's strange is...

...She doesn't appear to be moving.  She doesn't stir nor does she open her eyes.  No matter how long you may stare at her, she just stays like that; sitting on the cold ground, holding something loosely in her hands while the rain pelts her continuously.  Is she sleeping?]

[ Well, not like he was trying to trick her rather than tease her. He watches Rhyme's attempt to stand, making no real move to help at any point. ]

Hmm, that looks more like a no to me.

[Teasing is still ruuude. But Rhyme laughs sheepishly and rubs her shoulder]

[What are you talking about Josh? She tries to glances back over her shoulder to try and take a look and... was that them? She only caught a glimpse when they tried to flutter, but with the water making them heavy, it was hard to see.

So she reaches back and grabs a few of the feathers gently in her hand.]

Who knows? [ He giggles and gives a little flutter of his own. ] But everyone seems to receive a pair when they get here.

T-That's so weird... [She gives herself a second then tries to stand up again, using the edge of the fountain as leverage]

[ And he moves to keep her under the umbrella, though he's still not helping her stand. ]

You'll likely find you get used to them after a while.

Can we fly with them?

[Well, at least this time she manages to get up on her own and stay up.]

I haven't seen anyone manage it.

Really? Then they seem pretty pointless to have... [They can't just be for decoration]

I think they're cute. [ And he giggles. Of course they can be for decoration. ] Ah, and they're also a weakness.

Lose both of them and you die, no questions asked.

Has anyone ever lost their wings before?

[ ...Mmm that doesn't make her feel any better. She bites her lip] Were they... gone for good?

No. Whenever someone dies here, they come back a week later with some sort of loss. It's convenient in a way. [ May or may not be their most important thing. Any and all similarities to Shibuya are coincidental. All rights reserved. ]

Maybe they went on a murderous rampage. We've had a few of those.
