[Leaning up against the fountain in the plaza is a girl, a new feather if you will, which is pretty obvious by looking at the white dress she has on.  There's no telling how long she's been out here exactly, but it's been a while considering the fact that she's soaked.  Her blonde hair is sticking to her cheeks and neck, her white wings are slightly darker and heavier from the water and her dress is practically clinging onto her thin legs.

And what's strange is...

...She doesn't appear to be moving.  She doesn't stir nor does she open her eyes.  No matter how long you may stare at her, she just stays like that; sitting on the cold ground, holding something loosely in her hands while the rain pelts her continuously.  Is she sleeping?]

At first, Rhyme doesn't respond. Instead, she just yawns, drops the bell charm that was in her hands so it lands on her lap and rubs her eyes sleepily.]

W-What? [Catch a cold? In the UG? It doesn't seem all too possible since they're dead. She opens her eyes, looks at Roy then let's her eyes wander about the plaza. This... is definitely not Shibuya]

[He gesture to one of the stores.]

This is Luceti and we can get you some dry stuff over there.

[She nods and slowly stands up, picking at her dress so it doesn't stick to her as she stands up]

Luceti? I've never heard of this place before. How close is it to Shibuya?

I dunno what's Shibuya, but Luceti's pretty far from here.

[And now they're at the stores! Roy glance at it. Huh, it's the clothes store.]

It might be hard to believe how far.

[How can you not know Shibuya if you're in Japan. Something's wrong here... ]

They're these...changes that come around and affect us during experiment time. Sometimes, you get lucky and they won't affect you.

They generally come around once a month or every two months. As for what they're like...

They're generally very annoying.
